Please be aware that the padel court at Basic House is currently undergoing maintenance and will be fully operational by 9 June 2026.

As the padel court is one of the highlights of this property, we want to be fully transparent before you book. To make up for this, we are offering a 50% discount during the maintenance period (immediately until 08 June 2026).

The maintenance will be limited to daytime hours and managed with care to minimize any disruption. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you.
