Located in the east part of Ubud Palace, this local-owned restaurant might not catch your attention for the first time. Still, surely you will come back here again after having your first bowl. The secret – and also their signatures – are the noodles here are home-made, as well as the 8-hours stewed chicken broth that used in your noodle. Yes, you read that right, 8-hours.
